Shari Bales is a lifelong Garland County resident, a proud graduate of Hot Springs High School and the University of Arkansas, a wife of 15 years, and a mom of two. She’s known in our community as a problem‑solver, a teacher, and yes — “the singer” — but above all, as someone who shows up for people.

In her professional life, Shari has built a reputation on clarity, accuracy, and service. She has guided families through complex real estate decisions, taught licensing classes, and helped neighbors understand the fine print that affects their homes and investments.
